-Hot-dip galvanizing
In order to provide the best protection for its elements Egyesult Acel
advices its clients to hot-dip galvanize all products installed outdoors (gates,
fence elemnts,etc.). Only this process provides effective anti-rust (anti
oxidation) shield. The life spam of the hot-dipped elements is much longer and
the service provider grants 20-year warranty.
II step
- Powder coating
Powder coating is a surface handling process providing the smoothest
and most professional painting for the wrought iron elements. This method
consists of spraying the paint in form of powder directly on the material, and
placing it in the large pre heated furnace. During the practice the powder
melts, covering even the thinnest welding points. The outcome is the fully
coated gate or fence, ready to be installed. The service provider‘s warranty is
10 years only if the element is hot-dip galvanized prior to powder coating.
- Hand painting
Special wrought iron paint can be purchased at one of our showrooms
or directly in our web shop. The basic paints exists in three colors, black,
black glitter and silver (one can 750ml – roughly enough for 3 m2) while the
antique patina paints are offered in four colors, gold, silver, bronze and green,
(one can 250ml – roughly enough for 5-20 m2)
NOTE: The optimal results can only be achieved if after the hot-dip
galvanizing the surface is powder coated.
